Samsaung Set To Unveil Its Samsung X Foldable Phone

With Apple's  iPhone 8 set to be released later this year, Samsung could be the one to unveil a new phone that knocks everyone off balance. According to The Korean Herald, Samsung is reportedly planning to unveil a foldable smartphone. The smartphone comes with it a flexible display that folds open into a 7-inch tablet.

The report claims Samsung might produce more than 100,000 of the "fold-out devices" in Q3 of this year but Samsung is said to have rejected "fold-in" phone with screens that tuck in, citing their inconvenience. The "fold-out" phone which is rumored to be codenamed "Galaxy X" will reportedly have a display that faces outward when folded.
